It’s good to have some sort of documentation that your design will be completed in 30 days or less.
4. Customer Support – Right away you should be able to tell if your experience with the web design company is going to be pleasant or unsatisfactory. Ask them what their policy is on checking status of work as well as revisions after the work has been completed. If the web design company refuses to allow limited revisions after the work has been completed then I recommend going elsewhere.
Often times, the customer and web design company must work together as a team to create the vision the customer has drawn in their head. Remember, most web design companies are great and will support you at every step of the way, but there are bad apples out there so be aware and choose the right company the first time!
